Bank Service Charges

1. Saving Bank Account:

a). Minimum balance required to be maintained without cheque book Rs. 500/-
b). Minimum balance required to be maintained with cheque book Rs. 1000/-
c). Rs. 20/- per month if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 500/-
d). Rs. 50/- per transaction if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 1000/-
e). Rs. 50/- in case the duplicate pass book is issued.

2. Current Account:

a). Minimum balance required to maintained Rs. 3000/-
b). Rs. 50/- per transaction if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 3000/-
c). Rs. 5/- per cheque if the balance remains less than Rs. 50000/- d). Rs. 2/- per cheque id the balance remains less than Rs. 100000/-
e). Rs. 50/- in case the duplicate pass book is issued.
f). Rs.30/- per page ( 30entries ) and free to institution once only.

3. Account Closere Before 12 Month:

a). Individual Rs.100/-
b). Other Rs.200/-
( Does not include transfer between CCB Hisar Bank Branches )

4. Pay Order:

B). Bank shall not charge if the collection is made under Haryana/ All India Mutual Arrangement Scheme from members only.

8. Handling Charges For Cheques/Bills Returned Unpaid:

(h) Guarantee
Guarantee against term depostie Rs. 2% p.a. of Gurantee amount + other bank charges.

10. Exemption For The Bank Staff:

a). Two demand draft/ pay order in a month will be issued without charges if the same is prepared from his/her account.
b). Bills shall be collected at par excpet postage charges.
c). Saving account collected at par except postage charges.
d). NEFT/RTGS:- Facility to staff members from scheme code 34005 and 17120 be provided free of cost.

11. Exemption For Velued Customers:

i) The copperative institutions, board corporations, Military persons shall be extended free remittance facility one in a week through advice under postal service only. No advice will given by havsi and in remaining days of week remittance will be made on charges as mentioned at Sr. No.5 (a to g).

12. DISCRETION TO WAIVE CHARGES ( For Reasons to recorded in writing ):

13. RTGS / NEFT:

Note:- Service tax as per govt. Rates will be extra.

Free facility is not applicable in case of demand drafts/pay order got purchased by our bank from commercial banks.
The account section Head office and Branches can given pay order up to any amount free of charges in case of bank's own transaction i.e. in cooprative bank.
Provided furtjer that one customer shall not be extended this facility of Draft/Pay Order charges more than once in month.
The above instructions/charges will be effictive from 10-04-2007
